Jerry Brown we request protection from the federal government!
Take Action Now! California federal attorneys have put patients, their collectives and cultivators on observance with a 45 day notice to cease operations. We the undersigned citizens of California, do hereby respectively request the following of Governor Brown:
We urge President Obama and the US Department of Justice to halt their attack on our constitutional rights.
We demand a moratorium on any further raids or other enforcement action on medical marijuana patients in the state of California. We ask that criminal investigations, arrests and prosecutions of illegal medical marijuana activity are conducted by state authorities not federal. We request that you work with the other medical marijuana states, and demand the White House to Acknowledge the scientific research on medical cannabis, and question marijuana’s placement on the controlled substance act.
The Patient Advocacy Network and Hollywood Hemptress Hour will be circulating this petition on Saturday October 22, 2011 for Occupy 4:20. Come help us protest and get the petition signed.
