Despite the fact…that the Rand Corporation study on marijuana legalization has confirmed that cannabis commerce makes neighborhoods safer. So, the big question of the day is… WTF is up with this bullshit?

Fact: The dispensaries are already regulated and licensed by the city.

Fact: Shutting down cannabis collectives will only benefit the Black Market drug cartels.
